There was a large room. The bed was comfortable and I had a separate bathroom. The staff was helpful and excellent and I had a late checkout. Also, I parked outside.
Even though I loved the place, some of the staff were kind of rude.

would definitely book here again
The two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfy with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a fireplace. The indoor pool was perfect for kids, and there were family-friendly activities scheduled daily. We appreciated the well-equipped fitness center, and the location was great for exploring nearby attractions like Busch Gardens.

Clean, family-friendly facility. Well-appointed and maintained suites that provided multiple options for eating in. Liked the bathroom set-up in our 2 bedroom suite. Close to many activities in the area.
Lack of a large meeting room for group activities (20-40+ people). We were there for a family reunion, and there were no facilities on-site where we could socialize as a group without interference from outsiders.

family fun and spacious accommodations
The indoor and outdoor pools are perfect for kids to enjoy, we felt comfortable with the spacious two-bedroom suite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable.
Wifi was extra, no stove or oven for a "full kitchen". Did have an electric burner in a cupboard that could be pulled out.

It was a descent place to stay.
The ventilation was horrible, we had a fireplace and could not use it due to lack of ventilation. When we tried to cook the fire alarm constantly went off, which was very annoying. This was also due to the ventilation issue. There was no washer and dryer in the rooms, which would have made it easier when you have small children.

Absolutely loved the _spacious family suite_! It was like a home away from home with a cozy fireplace. One drawback was the washer/dryer. It was too small for our group. A great stay 😊

Very spacious suite; great location just off the high-way, still easy to get to area attractions.
Would apprecaite if breakfast would have been available at a cost -- with small children, not ideal to have to travel for breakfast. (Shopping breakfast for 1-2 days is not convenient.)
